Apple Roll Cake

4 eggs
90 grams of sugar
1/5 teaspoon baking powder
3 apples
110 grams of flour
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Powdered sugar for dusting
Butter – small cube

Cooking method:

  1. First, separate the yolks from the whites
  2. Beat the yolks and add sugar to them and continue to beat
  3. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar to the yolks and continue to beat.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the whites until soft peaks
  5. Gently mix the proteins into the dough.
  6. Peel apples and three on a coarse grater.
  7. Grease the parchment paper with butter
  8. Put the grated apple on the paper
  9. Put the dough on top
  10.  Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
  11. Carefully take our roll out of the oven and turn it over onto a clean towel
  12. Roll up and sprinkle with powdered sugar!
