Cashew Coconut Date balls


  • 100 grams of cashews
  • 175 grams of dates
  • 65 grams raspberries (can be frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 tbsp coconut flakes

Cooking method

1) Beat the cashews in a blender first

2) Separately beat the dates in a blender

3) separately mix raspberries with a blender

4) Mix all 4 ingredients and add a spoonful of honey

5) Roll the balls in the coconut
