- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- 170 grams of coconut flakes
1. Preheat oven to (170C).
2. Whisk egg with sugar on high speed.
3. Put coconut flakes and mix again.
4. Shape into small balls with wet hands. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
