400 grams tomato

1️⃣ Cut the eggplant into rings and grease it with sunflower oil.
2️⃣Put the eggplant rings on parchment paper and put in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
3️⃣ Cut into cubes feta cheese, tomatoes (you can take Cherry), also chop onions.
4️⃣ When ready, add our eggplant to the salad, salt and pepper to taste and season with sunflower oil or other oil of your choice.
