Easy stamppot recipe


Potatoes – 1 kilogram
Fresh spinach – 300 grams
Onions – 1 piece
Butter – 30 grams
Milk – 30 milliliters


Step one
Peel the potatoes, chop coarsely, place in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook until half cooked for 15 minutes.

Step two
Rinse and chop the spinach, peel 1 onion and cut into small cubes. When the potatoes are almost cooked, add spinach and onions to it. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked. Drain, discard vegetables in a colander, then place again in a saucepan over the fire for a few seconds to evaporate all moisture. Add milk and butter and mix well.
