Sunflower oil — 2-3 tablespoons.
1. First, clean the courgettes and cut it into rings, and then the rings mode into halves. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Pour 2 -3 tablespoons of sunflower oil into the frying pan and fry the onion with garlic for about 1 minute. Then add zucchini and stew for 6-7 minutes so that they only become soft.
