Green Pea Soup


  • 250 grams of frozen green peas
  • 2 liters of water
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a third of hot pepper (my pepper named Cayenne, I’ll put a photo so that you understand how hot it is on the scale)

  • salt
  • black pepper (can be white)
  • butter
  • cream

Cooking method:

Finely chop the onion, garlic, hot pepper and simmer in butter until rosy. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and boil potatoes. Then add the peas and cook for 15 more minutes. Then add onion, pepper and garlic, then salt / pepper to taste our soup. Next, all the ingredients grind into cream soup using a blender.
Serving the dish decorated with cream.
