Low Carb Broccoli Casserole: Fast dinner in 35 minutes

  • 400 gram broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 100 grams of cheese
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method:

1. First, boil broccoli for about 10 minutes.
2. Then beat the eggs with warm milk and flour, to them also add spices to taste and grated cheese.
3. Grease the baking dish with butter, spread the broccoli and pour the egg mix.
4. Put in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
