Pea soup


  • 350 grams of peas (crushed green)
  • 150 g celery
  • 125 gr onion
  • 260 gr. Carrots
  • 100 gr leek
  • 1-3  middle potatoes

Cooking method

First, pour 2 liters of water and boil the peas for about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, chop celery, onions, carrots into cubes and add to the pan. Writing will be believed for 15 minutes, then when the vegetables are soft and the peas are boiled, all the ingredients can be mixed up. Serve the soup with croutons and add leeks when serving.
