Ingredients:
- Rice noodles 150 grams
- Fresh cucumber 1
- Shrimp 70 grams
- Bell Pepper
- Sesame seeds
- Soy sauce
- Green onions
- Olive oil
Cooking Method
1 carrot First, cut into small strips of bell pepper and fresh cucumber. Also grate carrots. In a heated frying pan fry the pepper and set aside in a separate bowl. Then fry shrimp, carrots and fresh cucumber.
Then boil rice noodles (about 5 minutes). Add the finished noodles to the remaining ingredients and pour over the soy sauce with sesame. When serving, decorate with green onions.
