Method of cooking

In this simple salad, you need to boil the eggs and cut them into cubes. We also cut the vegetables into cubes and mix all the ingredients together with tuna. Add spices to taste and you can add the favorite oil, I chose a sunflower.

Tuna fish is rich in unsaturated fatty acids belonging to the omega-3 complex, which are not produced in the human body, and spinach contains calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium.
