Semolina porridge with pumpkin


  • 230 grams of pumpkin
  • 80 grams of semolina
  • 500 milliliters of milk
  • 45 grams of sugar
  • salt to taste
  • half a glass of boiled water
  • grated chocolate

Cooking method

First, peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Then boil the pumpkin until cooked, but do not pour out the water.
Heat the milk in a separate pan and add sugar, salt and semolina to it. Constantly stir.
Then add the pumpkin and cook to a thick consistency, and if necessary add boiling water that has remained.
Before serving, decorate with grated chocolate.
