  • 2 fresh eggplants
  • 100 grams of creamy processed cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Sunflower oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Prep the Eggplants: Begin by cutting the eggplants into thin, long slices. To remove any bitterness, soak the slices in water for about 10 minutes.
