2 eggplants
Processed cheese 100 grams
Clove of garlic
Sunflower oil
1️⃣First cut slices of eggplant along.
Poor water for 10 minutes to leave bitterness
3️⃣ Then add salt and pepper each slice and fry in sunflower oil.
4️⃣Trend on the grated melted cheese and add the finely chopped garlic (you can chop more dill)
5️⃣Then wrap our cheese in eggplant
