Vegetarian Quesadilla

Ingredients

For two portions of the quesadilla we will need:

  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tortillas
  • Canned corn
  • grated cheese (200 grams)
  • The sauce to your taste (for example Tartar)

Cooking Method

First, separately fry the chopped onion with tomatoes in sunflower oil.
Smear souse on tortilla. Then add onions with tomatoes, then add corn and grated cheese. Cover the other half and fry in a dry frying pan with two sides for 1 minute.
